The second day of the training held at L'Aquila University within the QUARTZ project continued with practical sessions. Participant teams carried out practical work on key areas of higher education institutions’ activities and presented their analyses.
The main topics discussed were:
- Material and intangible resources
- Human resources and key performance indicators
- Academic programs
- Research activities
- Third mission initiatives and their effectiveness criteria
This session created an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge into practice and developed real proposals to improve the efficiency of universities.
