The first day of the QUARTZ project training held at L'Aquila University began with an important topic. Representatives of partner universities participating in the training gained knowledge based on the topic presented by Professor Anna Tozzi (L'Aquila University, Italy):
"Reviewing the university's quality management and assurance system"
This lecture provided participants with an opportunity to deepen practical concepts of effective quality management in higher education institutions. Clear examples were given on how the management system works, what mechanisms are used, and what results they produce in ensuring the quality of education.
