Call for Bids: External Evaluator — QUARTZ ERASMUS+

The QUARTZ ERASMUS+ Project invites proposals from qualified professionals to act as the External Evaluator. This role supports our initiative to enhance quality, accessibility, and innovation in higher education.

Project background

QUARTZ ERASMUS+ is an EU-funded project aiming to strengthen the synergy between higher education institutions (HEIs) and the labour market in Uzbekistan by improving quality assurance across teaching, research, social engagement, and institutional environment.

Scope of work & deliverables

Design an evaluation framework, conduct qualitative & quantitative assessments, monitor progress, provide recommendations, and present findings. Deliverables: Inception Report, Mid-Term Evaluation Report, Final Evaluation Report, and presentation of findings.

Budget: €10,000 (including VAT). Period: 1 Jun 2025 — 30 Dec 2027. Payments in 3 instalments: 30% / 40% / 30%.
