Abstract:

The wider objective of the project is to foster the synergy between HEIs and labour market in Uzbekistan through development of quality 
assurance procedures and tools, and to improve digital literacy and skills of human resources. It will be acheived through the 
implementation of the following specific goals: 
— Identification of  the managerial, administrative and educational gaps that can contribute to the quality assurance, digital literacy and 
skills in UZ. 
— Equipping management, academic and administrative staff with skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary to achieve continuous quality 
enhancement. 
— Development of quality assurance strategy, procedures and tools to ensure competitiveness and social cohesion. 
— Reformation and modernisation of the university governance, including strengthening of quality assurance units and promoting digital 
literacy and skills.  
— To ensure sustainable connectivity between partners and through creation and support of a Quality Assurance Network.
